I work to make these techniques available and accessible for every willing student.   \n<br><br><b>\nMy background<br><\/b>\nMy background includes rich training in practices to support the well-being and development of the whole human person &#8211; body, mind, and spirit.  I\u2019ve studied theology, spirituality, music, yoga, health, and wellness.  \n<br><br>\nI\u2019ve been teaching yoga since completing my first 230 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2006.  I have thousands of hours of teaching experience with students of every level, from absolute beginners to advanced teacher trainees, students of every age, from five to 85+,  students in various stages of life working with special circumstances and conditions, from pregnant to postpartum moms, students with arthritis or other conditions of chronic pain, students suffering with anxiety or depression, and students navigating grief and loss. \n\nI have thousands of hours of experience as a yoga student and teacher, studying with many master teachers in three lineages descended from Krishnamacharya: the Ashtanga Yoga Method of  K. Pattabhi Jois, the Yoga method of B.K.S. Iyengar, and the Viniyoga Method of T. K. V.
